Executives

• Arrange venue for all rehearsals & performances
• Select plays with guidance & advice of Playreading Committee
• Select Director, after interviews
• Select Producer
• Distribute subscription tickets
• Prepare Executive Budget & Producer Budget
• Make final decision on anything affecting the image of OnStage e.g. artwork, typesetting, publicity.

There are 3 main executive positions at Onstage, and these positions are a minimum 2 year commitment and are currently held by/from/to:

President - Robert Newby - May 1st, 2008 to April 30th, 2010

Secretary - Sandra Franke - May 1st, 2008 to April 30th, 2010

Treasurer - Natalie Sandford - May 1st, 2008 to April 30th, 2010

Executive (or "Officer") positions are elected at a General Meeting a minimum of every 2 years.
